Lady Lucia Update (March Edition!)
Happy March, everyone!
As of this morning, I can officially say that I’m caught up on all my writing. That was the personal goal, so I can start this month without being behind on anything. Now that I’m all moved into my new place, it should be smooth sailing from here on out! Back to regular writing and regular posts, especially for Patreon story updates and everything else listed on the calendar below. Before we jump into the pledge goals below, I do have an unofficial one that I would love to hit:
$1500 by May: It honestly feels like it’s somehow been both shorter and longer than this, but I launched both my website and my Patreon in May 2022. In just ten months, I’ve made it a lot further than I expected as a professional writer. It’s been a lot of work on my end, granted, but I can’t take all the credit. You’ve all been amazing with your support, which in turn continues to motivate me to stay the course!
This is mostly me being wishful, but it would be really cool to hit $1500 within a year of starting this endeavor. Not only is it a pretty and low key inspiring number in terms of progress, but that would also mark us making it halfway to the next pledge goal. So, I will attempt to be graceful and eloquent like the artful writer that I am . . .
Please give me more money?
Kidding aside, you’ve all been more than generous thus far, and I thank you for your continued generosity! If you haven’t pledged yet, I’m only asking that you consider doing so. I make a point to keep more than 75% of my writing free, because I remember when free content was all I could afford myself. Even if the Patreon stories aren’t speaking to you, consider pledging as a tip for all the work that goes into the rest of my stories and all the general upkeep beyond that. And if you already are pledged, try out one of the higher tiers. There have been SO many polls where one or two votes would have made the difference. You could be that one vote. Or, on the flip side, you could be the one who keeps the top story/CYOA outcome from being outvoted by the other side. As for the higher tiers, check those out and see if any of them might be for you. Any and all pledges and pledge increases are greatly appreciated!
And now, for milestone progress–

UPCOMING POSTS
After two months of ties, “The Prefect” has finally been outvoted. This month, “The Faire” received the most votes for Story Focus, although I’ll add a couple of the “The Prefect” due to how close the vote was. “The Road Trip” is still the most popular for Patreon stories, though “The Tutor” did decently well in the poll. All of this will be reflected in the schedule below:
03/03–The Step-Sister
03/04–The Road Trip (Patreon)
03/07–The Tutor (Patreon)
03/08–The Prefect
03/10–The Faire

03/14–The Teaching Assistant (Patreon)

CONCLUSION
That’s all I have for now! Remember, the schedule above is only what I plan to post for sure on those dates. In addition, I’m hoping to write a bit on the stories I haven’t given attention to in a while over the next 1-2 months. “The Present,” “The Senior,” and “The Sister,” have all been on the back burner for a while, so look forward to some updates on that front as well. As for when those happen, you’ll just have to wait and see!
Until next time . . .
Much love,
Lady Lucia
