Lady Lucia, 2024 (MAJOR Update)

Hello, readers—

First of all, Happy New Year to everyone!

So, let’s jump right in. This year is going to start of with some impending changes to note, especially where my Patreon is concerned. As always, I want to be straightforward and transparent as possible, so here are the main things to address:

My move to SubscribeStar (A)

For those not aware of the drama over the last couple months, a lot of creators have been migrating to the alternative platform due to Patreon’s increased censorship and, let’s say, excessive sensitivity. That being said, it’s not my intent to bash Patreon for this; for all I know, their hands could be tied by credit card companies drawing a line in the sand where certain content is involved, etc. etc. I don’t know nearly enough of the details to point the finger towards anyone, and that’s also not the point of this update, anyway. I’m more concerned with getting myself established on a platform that lets me write what I want to write. That’s far preferable to coloring inside the lines that I’m assuming are only going to get more and more restrictive moving forward.

So what does this mean for those that are currently pledged?

For most of January, nothing. I plan on keeping things as they are until near the end of the month, to give everyone time to prepare for the coming transition.

Then, on January 24th, I will launch my SubscribeStar page. That way, everyone will have a week to switch over and cancel your previous pledge before Patreon charges you on February 1st. Oh, and SubscribeStar does have the more normal subscription model, where pledging on the 27th, for example, means that the next time you’re charged will be the 27th of the following month.

At the same time, I will also temporarily keep my Patreon up and running. For a little while, I will post story updates on both, in order to allow people all the time they need to pivot to the new platform without feeling rushed or inconvenienced.

When the new page becomes available, however, I do recommend making the switch as soon as possible. For all I know, Patreon could abruptly shut me down tomorrow, though I’m hoping that my account will hold on long enough for everyone to move to the new site without that kind of chaos. If that does happen, however, I am primed to get my SubscribeStar up and running at the drop of a hat. I’d just rather do it in a way that isn’t as hectic for both myself and for all of you.

Finally, please read the following section, as it will affect what content will be available on the new platform at first:

My 2024 Content

I know a lot of my readers are into the AR/ABDL genres. Don’t worry, I do intend to keep writing those kinds of stories. The problem is, it’s not financially viable to continue leaning so hard into just a handful of fetish elements. There are only so many of us that are into such stories, after all. So this year, I plan to swing back to more of a middle ground like when I was first starting this endeavor. That means some general smut/erotica to balance out my other genres.

Like I said above, I want to be transparent. The fact is, I very much enjoy writing, but I also hope to eventually make a living off of it. So I’ll be putting out a number of more accessible stories to go along with the more niche content as the year progresses, and we’ll see what happens from there. As of right now, here is the tentative plan:

Mondays: AR/ABDL/Feminization (Free story part)

Tuesdays: AR/ABDL/Feminization (Exclusive Story Part)

Wednesdays: SubscribeStar Promotion (Free release)

Thursdays: One exclusive niche/fetish story part, one exclusive smut/erotica story part

Fridays: Smut/Erotica (Free Story Part)

Saturdays: Smut/Erotica (Exclusive Story Part)

My move to SubscribeStar (B)

Finally, I’m hoping to run two parallel SubscribeStar accounts moving forward.

I’ll first launch the one for the AR/ABDL content, as the majority of my current Patreon stories fall under the umbrella of those two genres—“The Babysitter,” “The Road Trip,” and “The Teaching Assistant.” Then, after a few weeks, I’ll start an additional one for the more erotic stories. Mostly to give myself a beat to adjust to the new format without overwhelming myself. The second page will continue on with “The Tutor,” “The Step-Daughter,” and likely an additional exclusive story once I have things up and running.

The most important part is, and I truly do mean this . . .

I am NOT trying to get twice the subscriptions out of anyone.

A major factor in this decision is how I’ve been getting comments/requests from a lot of readers talking about how it’s tough for them to consistently pledge when it causes their feed to have stories they’re not into. I’m hoping that this new system will allow people to support me in a way that gives them more of what they’d prefer to read. I also plan on organizing my website so the free content is sorted in a similar manner.

If you happen to enjoy all of my content across the variety of genres, I’d say do your best to pivot between the SubscribeStar pages and binge whatever you missed while you had access to the other. I don’t want anyone to double subscribe unless they really want to, so I’d say alternating is the best solution. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience!
